"georgous cottage in beautiful surroundings"

The extremely comfortable beds which make it very difficult to get up in morning. It was especially nice to find all the little extras such as the toiletrie's and milk tea and biscuits etc

We booked online, but the family room was not available. Susan got in contact to offer us a replacement which had more space, kitchenette and lounge area. The stay was very comfortable. We also booked another master room instead of a twin room. Susan again was able to move us to the exford room (which has a double and a twin). Thanks for one of our most enjoyable short breaks, Susan! Read less

Quiet location, comfortable bedding. Ample toiletries provided. Good breakfast selection. Christmas decorations were a nice touch.
Dislikes:
Shower could've been more powerful, but it worked well.

Booked this weekend as it coincided with the village's late night shopping / Christmas 'do' in the main street. Nice warm-up for the festive period.
Completed a couple of walks again this visit.
Only used the car to arrive and depart in - walked everywhere else! Read less

Third stay at this property so must be doing lots right. Great central village location with the bonus of a car parking space right outside the door.
Great walks round local area.
